Terms of Service
These Terms describe the rules for using LittleParty’s invitations, RSVPs, and party games.
Using LittleParty
You must be at least 18 years old to create a host account or party. Guests must be at least 13 years old and able to follow these Terms; a parent or legal guardian must approve use where applicable law requires it. You may use LittleParty only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms and follow the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and private party links.
Hosts, guests, and shared information
Hosts are responsible for their event details, invitation content, guest list, prizes, and permission to provide other people’s contact information. Guests are responsible for the information and game answers they submit. Do not use LittleParty to harass, deceive, impersonate, spam, or collect information for unrelated purposes.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give LittleParty a limited permission to host, copy, display, and process it only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service. You must have the rights needed to share that content.
Private links
Invitation, host, parent, and RSVP edit links may grant access to party information or controls. Keep private links confidential and tell us promptly if you believe one has been misused.
Prizes and payments
LittleParty’s current Amazon gift-card experience is a clearly labeled simulation. It does not charge a payment method or deliver a gift card. Hosts remain responsible for any prizes they independently promise or provide.
Service changes and account actions
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may restrict use that threatens people, the service, or other users. Hosts can delete their profiles and hosted parties from My Parties. Some provider backups and security records may remain temporarily as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and responsibility
LittleParty is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise that every feature will always be available, secure, or error-free. LittleParty is not responsible for prizes, event safety, disputes between hosts and guests, or indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service. Any dispute will be handled under the laws that apply to LittleParty and the person bringing the dispute.
